1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SureStage's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use the Services to store or transmit infringing or illegal content
4. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Services, including all code, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by SureStage, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain all rights to data you upload or create within the Services. We claim no ownership over your environment configurations, blueprints, or API specifications.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURESTAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
